For example, Tamba-yaki, a type of pottery with over 800 years of history, is one of Japan’s “Six Old Kilns” and is a place where traditional ceramics are produced. You can experience pottery-making alongside skilled craftsmen here. In addition, in Miki City, known for its traditional blade-making, you will have the opportunity to experience the art of swordsmithing. Furthermore, at Akashi Ura Fishing Cooperative, where high-quality fish with a variety of species are caught, you can enjoy a thrilling auction tour and savor fresh sushi.
